Food Pantry Open Friday, August 21

The Ottumwa Community School District Food Pantry will be open on Friday, August 21 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Gateway High School, 907 Gateway Drive, Ottumwa. 

Our food pantry is open every Friday during the school year and is available to all Ottumwa Schools families, from three-year-old preschool students to high school seniors. Premade boxes are created each week to include a variety of fresh foods for our families. Paperwork is required and will be available to complete on-site.

All Ottumwa Community School District students will receive free breakfast and lunch during the 2026-27 school year—our fifth consecutive year providing meals at no cost to every student. This program helps remove barriers for families, support student health and well-being, and ensure every child has access to nutritious meals that help them learn and succeed.
